In Switzerland, the organisation is active with its own projects and events. Here, NILAM promotes cultural exchange and international understanding as well as the concerns of migrants.

NILAM implements and supports projects based on the revival, mediation and application of indigenous knowledge resources.
These have been tested over centuries and have proven themselves to this day. They contribute significantly to the economic development.
In this way, the preservation of the identity and livelihood of the people NILAM is committed to is sustained.
NILAM strives to integrate this knowledge into the society of western countries as well.

Success cannot be measured by profit alone. At the same time, entrepreneurial thinking and action can help to generate societal changes. NILAM wants to make a decisive contribution to promoting sustainable social innovation and entrepreneurship – so that social enterprises are increasingly becoming an elementary economic factor.
